Hotpot is At-Sunrice's internal analytics and reporting platform. It brings the team's marketing and business data together in one private workspace.
Hotpot is developed and operated by At-Sunrice for its own staff and approved contractors. It is an internal business tool — not a consumer service — and every screen is restricted to authorised At-Sunrice accounts.
Authorised users may connect their company Google Ads account so Hotpot can read campaign, advertisement and cost metrics (scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords). This data is used only to generate internal performance and cost reports. Hotpot never sells Google user data and does not use it for advertising. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Questions about Hotpot, its privacy practices or these terms can be sent to tech@at-sunrice.edu.sg. Users can revoke Hotpot's Google access at any time from their Google Account security settings.
