PERSONAL PRIVATE CHEF

The Private Chef Programme is designed to teach the basic skills and techniques of different cooking methods of East & West cuisines. This programme aims to give the individual confidence to be cross-trained in cooking different cuisines at the comfort of their own home.

Cooking in a customise home-style kitchen gives the private chef a cut above the rest. The Private Chef Program qualifies you to be a private chef in your own home or start your own personal chef business. 

Upon completion of which, the participants will receive a Statement of Attainment (SOA) in:

  • WSQ - Certificate Basic Food Hygiene Policies and Procedures
  • WSQ - Certificate in Basic Moist Heat Cooking Methods
  • WSQ - Certificate in Prepare for Service

The objectives of this programme are:

  • To teach the basic skills and techniques of different cooking methods of East & West cuisines.
  • Aimed to give oneself the confidence to be cross-trained to cook different cuisines in the comfort of his own home
  • To qualify the participant to be a private chef in his own home or to start his own personal chef business.
