This one is for the wayfarers and those with wanderlust. Come to our kitchen labs to discover the multicultural medley that is Singaporean cuisine. Learn the tradition and heritage behind your favourite dishes and learn how to recreate them for your friends back home. A typical class will take you through the cultural significance of tropical herbs, the 12 different kinds of Singaporean coffee, and the preparation of different Singaporean breakfasts. Cruise passengers looking for a productive way to spend their morning will be happy to know that our doors open at 8am.
