To train the participants with knowledge and application skills in basic steps and techniques involved in bread making thereby making them competent in preparing different kinds of basic bread.

Time: 2.00pm - 7.00pm

  • Tangzhong Wool Bread (demo & hands-on)
  • Middle Eastern Zaatar Bread (demo only)
  • Walnut, Raisin, and Apricot Rye Bread (demo & hands-on)
  • Individual French Baguette (Ficelle) (demo & hands-on)
  • Hand-rolled Pizza with a variety of Toppings (demo & hands-on)
  • Caramelized Onion and Curry Rolls (demo & hands-on)
  • Neapolitan Calzone (demo & hands-on)
