Dim Sum

Participants will possess a comprehensive understanding of dim sum dishes, empowering them to create delectable and culturally authentic dim sum dishes while meeting the unique needs of their customers.

Time: 2:30 pm to 8:30 pm

  • Steamed Vegetable Dumplings
  • Spareribs with Black Bean Sauce
  • Cantonese Wontons with Minced Chicken
  • Deep-fried Taro with Prawn Dumplings
  • Cantonese Siu Mai
  • Char Siew Bun

  • Long Term Visit Pass Plus (LTVP+) funding support took effect from 1 Oct 2021, LTVP+ holders can be identified with their green visit pass cards, with the word ‘PLUS’ on the back of the card
