PLANT-BASED CUISINE

Learners will have the knowledge and skills in preparing wholesome and appetizing plant-based food. Learners will also be introduced to background knowledge of the cultural influences of plant-based cuisine in current food trends.

2 Consecutive Weekdays

Time: 8.30am - 1.30pm

Following is the list of recipes* covered in this class.

  • Lentil Lasagna (demo & hands-on).
  • Miso Mushroom & Halloumi Burgers (demo & hands-on).
  • Mango with Black Beans Guacamole (demo & hands-on).
  • Soy-based Mushroom Burgers (demo only).
  • Kung Pao-Style Cauliflower & Kidney Beans (demo only).
  • Plant-based Keema Masala (demo & hands-on).
  • Wholemeal and Chickpeas Tawa Roti (demo & hands-on).
  • Achari Vegetable Relish (demo & hands-on).

  • Application fee is non-refundable
  • Long Term Visit Pass Plus (LTVP+) funding support took effect from 1 Oct 2021, LTVP+ holders can be identified with their green visit pass cards, with the word ‘PLUS’ on the back of the card
