Learners will have the knowledge and skills in preparing wholesome and appetizing plant-based food. Learners will also be introduced to background knowledge of the cultural influences of plant-based cuisine in current food trends.

- Miso Mushroom & Halloumi Burgers (demo & hands-on).
- Mango with Black Beans Guacamole (demo & hands-on).
- Soy-based Mushroom Burgers (demo only).
- Kung Pao-Style Cauliflower & Kidney Beans (demo only).
- Plant-based Keema Masala (demo & hands-on).
- Wholemeal and Chickpeas Tawa Roti (demo & hands-on).
- Achari Vegetable Relish (demo & hands-on).
