Day 1 : Sanitation, Basic Knife Skills and Table Set-up
Day 2 : Basic Stocks, Soups and Sauces
Day 3 : Basic French Cuisine
Day 4 : Singapore Cuisine
Day 5 : Thai Cuisine
Day 6 : Chinese Cuisine
Day 7 : Basic Desserts
Day 8 : Italian Cuisine: Techniques of Healthy Cooking and Nutrition (Practical Assessment)
