Learners continue to build on knowledge and skills from the Basic Private Chef Programme by learning a combination of cooking techniques to produce tasty dishes and other nutritional dishes.

Time: 2pm - 7.30pm

8 Alternate Sundays

Time: 8.30am - 1.30pm

Day 4: Spanish Cuisine

Day 5: Indian Cuisine

Day 8: Mystery Box Challenge
