Basic Cakes

Participants will have the basic knowledge and application skills in making basic cakes and be able to apply them in the workplace.

4 Consecutive Weekdays

Time: 1.00pm - 6.00pm

  • Raspberry/Pistachio Financier (demo & hands-on)
  • Victoria Sponge Cake with Strawberry Compote and Fresh Cream (demo & hands-on)
  • Chocolate/Banana Muffin with Chocolate Ganache (demo & hands-on)
  • Cream Cheese and Apricot Brownie (demo only)
  • Japanese Cheesecake (demo & hands-on)
  • Orange Tea Cake (demo & hands-on)
  • Mango Clafoutis (demo & hands-on)
  • Pain de Gene (demo only)
  • Layering and Frosting Sponge Cake with Buttercream Decoration Techniques (demo & hands-on)
