National Assessment Centre for Food and Beverage WSQ Framework

At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy houses the National Assessment Centre (NAC) for Food and Beverage Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) Framework by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG). NAC conducts assessments by Assessment Only Pathway (AOP) leading to WSQ. AOP provides the avenue for Food & Beverage workforce in Singapore to formalise their skills and knowledge by attaining WSQ. The AOP follows ‘Challenge Test’ as the method to assess skills and knowledge of candidates. Competency structures of these qualifications are aligned to the Enhanced Food and Beverage WSQ Framework by SSG.

 

WSQ CERTIFICATE IN CULINARY ARTS AOP

The assessment will cover a range of skills and knowledge competencies required at the basic level of food production and upon successfully meeting the passing criteria, the candidate will be awarded WSQ Certificate in Culinary Arts.

The assessment will cover a range of skills and knowledge competencies required at the basic level of pastry and bakery production and upon successfully meeting the passing criteria, the candidate will be awarded WSQ Certificate in Pastry and Bakery.

The assessment will cover a range of skills and knowledge competencies required at the basic level of food & beverage service and upon successfully meeting the passing criteria, the candidate will be awarded WSQ Certificate in Food & Beverage Operations.
