With a unique Study & Work pedagogy, this diploma allows students to go on an experiential journey where they will learn a wide range of cooking or baking techniques from the fundamentals to the advanced, as well as take part in apprenticeship programmes in top restaurants and hotels.

 

DIPLOMA IN CULINARY ARTS

An 18-month diploma programme for aspiring chefs to gain mastery of Eastern and Western cuisines, techniques, herbs and spices through our unique Study and Work pedagogy. With a 6-month Industrial Attachment integrated into the curriculum in the final term, students can put their passion and learnt skills to work at some of our top international and local F&B partners.

Upon graduation, students will receive a Diploma by At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy and can go on to progress to a degree pathway with prestigious culinary institutes in 5 countries.

Ideal for: Aspiring chefs with a passion for cooking and service, a motivation to excel and dreams of a global career. Upon completion, graduate is awarded with a full qualification in WSQ Diploma in Food Services (Culinary Arts).
