HIGHER CERTIFICATE PROGRAMME

Our WSQ Higher Certificate programmes open up a world of opportunity in the Food and Beverage industry - be it service, culinary or pastry and bakery, we offer open access pathways for graduates to qualify into our WSQ Diploma programmes. With over 150 hours of vigorous hands-on training, our Higher Certificate programme allow graduates to be industry savvy and competitive. 

 

HIGHER CERTIFICATE IN FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICE*

This course aims to equip students a strong foundation for working effectively in Front of House service environment and Banquet operations. 

*Upon completion, graduate is awarded with a full qualification in WSQ Higher Certificate in Food Services (Food & Beverage Service).

HIGHER CERTIFICATE IN CULINARY ARTS*

This course aims to equip students with the relevant and necessary competencies in culinary arts for them to perform their job roles effectively and efficiently, as well as adapt to the fast-changing / dynamic F&B work environment. These skills have also been carefully selected to promote the development or enhancement of horizontal skills for mobility within the food and beverage sector.

*Upon completion, graduate is awarded with a full qualification in WSQ Higher Certificate in Food Services (Culinary Arts).
