Come 26 Sep, At-Sunrice will be hosting a Plant-Based Sustainability Sunday together with Classic Fine Foods. There will be three different experiences specially designed to showcase plant-based produce and dishes.

Get Busy in the Kitchen With Our Plant-Based Leisure Cooking Classes (NEW)


Get up close and personal with Chef Damian Piedrahita from 4MY and Chef Jose L. Del Amo from Classic Fine Foods to learn a trick or two in making some of the tastiest and healthiest recipes that even the biggest meat-eater will love.



Plant-Based Fine-Dining Dinner Experience

In this exclusive six-course dinner, you can expect a plant-based menu specially prepared by the esteemed chefs of At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy, Satish Madaan and Swathisree Venkatesan.

You will be welcomed with a glass of champagne or specially curated beverages. Limited seats are available.

Plant-Based Produce Market

Our Plant-Based Produce Market will host over 10 stalls ranging from whole foods, plant-based alternatives to responsible food and wellness. You can also virtually meet food scientists and witness a live cooking demonstration for the Karana Dumplings, Impossible Burger, Tindle Kiev and 4MY. Kids too can rejoice as Chef Ian Wong of Aalst Chocolate will be hosting a chocolate workshop, where they can try their hand at making their very own chocolate bars with a variety of toppings to choose from.

So, join us in rethinking the way we eat – for our bodies and planet Earth.

Impossible Burger and Karana Dumplings Class*

Participants will have the opportunity to whip up their own plant-based burger, homemade pickles and Lacto-fermented ketchup. On the menu are also dumplings made using Karana - meat made from whole plants, which participants will also make from scratch.

Tindle Kiev and 4MY Class*

Tuck into a luxurious six-course WellSpent dinner to celebrate the "30 by 30" Green Plan. WellSpent is the name created by At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy to activate Sustainability with No Waste, focusing on high touch high waste foods.

Spent are ingredients that have been used once in the food chain and thereafter discarded. Our team of R&D chefs have innovatively upcycled these spent ingredients into a fine dining experience especially for you.
