This 12 December 2021, the theme will be the Upcycling food economy driven by spent ingredients. Spent are ingredients that have been used once in the food chain and thereafter discarded. Our team of R&D chefs have profoundly upcycled these spent ingredients. 

WellSpent is the name created for our initiatives on Sustainability with No Waste, focusing on high touch high waste. Join us to activate "30 by 30" Green Plan.

 

WHAT IS WellSpent©️?

WellSpent©️ is created by At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy for our Sustainability with No Waste initiatives, focusing on high touch high waste foods. This is coined based on Upcycling of Food Economy, driven by spent ingredients normally discarded in food production. Combining spent with traditional ingredients and heritage recipes, our WellSpent©️ chefs innovated new dishes and novel eatables, while maintaining the same level of wholesome nutrition. The 7 common spent ingredients are - Okara (soya pulp), Moromi (a by-product during soy sauce production), eggshells, coconut residue, fruit peels, coffee grind and tea leaves.

Sunday Luxe WellSpent©️ Dinner (2 seatings):  5.30pm - 7.30pm | 8pm -10pm
