About Chef Edward Lim Esmero

Edward Lim Esmero was born in the south of The Philippines in the town of Batangas. He grew up in an environment that exposed him at an early age to the myriad of culinary influences in his country. Edward is the Chef and co-owner of My Little Spanish Place Singapore, one of the best well-established Spanish restaurants in Singapore!

LUMPIA 
Every Filipino family gathering is a hit thanks to Filipino spring rolls! These lumpia are served with a handmade sweet and sour sauce and are loaded with shrimp, chicken, and vegetables.

SINIGANG NA BANGUS 

Sinigang has been and always will be a mainstay dish of everyday Filipino dining throughout the country. A comfort food for a lot of people. Its lip-smacking sourness will surely wake up your tastebuds and delight your palate. 
Chef Edward's Sinigang na Bangus is a soupy milk fish (Philippine national fish) concoction of vegetables in tangy tamarind broth.

 ARROZ VALENCIANA "A LA EDUARDO"

Chef Edward's live giant Filipino Paella Station is a feast for the senses.

A comforting aroma brings guests together into a creative circle of sizzling chicken and seafood. The tomato-pepper-onion "Sofrito" and a delicate combination of rice and glutinous rice are added along with rich seafood turmeric and coconut milk that gives it that distinct flavour and colour.

Topped with seafood that represents the bountiful produce of The Philippines along with chicken chorizo, boiled eggs and sautéed red capsicums.

 

 LECHE FLAN   

Leche Flan is the ultimate sweet treat. This classic melt in your mouth Filipino custard flan is a guaranteed crowd

pleaser, rich, silky, smooth and ultra creamy with a golden caramel topping and sweet coconut preserved.
