Ideal candidates for this programme should have a passion for culinary arts, possess basic computer skills, good moral character, be artistic and disciplined. All prospective students need to complete an interview and online profiling test upon successful submission of application forms. All local and international applicants should meet the following minimum entry requirements (MERs) for this programme.

Educational Qualifications
- US High school educational level or equivalent qualifications
- Advanced level of Online English Bridging Course/IELTS 5.0/TOEFL (internet-based total) 35-45/WPL 5 or be a native speaker.
- Have access to a laptop/desktop

- Trainee who chooses to drop out prior to successful completion will be requested to pay the program fees in full and will not be entitled to any certificates.
