The Career Diploma in Culinary Arts is a dynamic programme designed to equip aspiring culinary professionals with essential skills and knowledge for success in today’s fast-evolving food service sector. This Skills Future Career Transition (SCTP)* programme addresses the demands of the industry by fostering critical thinking, managerial skills, and culinary expertise, preparing the graduates for a range of advanced roles in restaurants, catering, and other food production environments. Through a comprehensive curriculum, learners will acquire and broaden their understanding of culinary arts management, gaining competencies in effective team leadership, resource management, and operational efficiency.
Upon completion, the graduate is awarded with a Career Diploma in Culinary Arts (TGS-2024048058) by At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy.

The (SCTP) Career Diploma in Culinary Arts is designed to equip learners with the essential skills and knowledge needed to excel in the food service industry. The programme develops critical thinking and managerial competencies, enabling participants to acquire and expand advanced-level expertise in culinary arts management.
The comprehensive training prepares learners to perform effectively and efficiently in restaurant operations and other food production environments. In addition, the programme focuses on bridging existing industry skills gaps, ensuring that graduates are well-prepared to meet the demands of current and future roles within the food service sector. Learners will also develop a range of transferable skills that enhance their professional versatility and effectiveness in diverse workplace settings.
This qualification provides a strong foundation for individuals who wish to pursue higher-level studies and advance their careers in the food services industry.
The full-time onsite Career Diploma in Culinary Arts programme is offered progressively from fundamental to advanced level skills within the culinary arts track, across 6 months of study, followed by 6 months of paid industrial attachment.

3. The application fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Payment can be made by credit/debit card via the online application form.
4. Recruitment representative will verify the originality of your documents, i.e. passport/NRIC, educational certificates and transcripts.
5. An online personality test will be sent to the applicant (if applicable).
6. Application Outcome
Applicants will receive a confirmation via email.
Successful applicants will receive an acceptance email, which includes the Letter of Acceptance (LOA), Advisory Note, and Student Contract.
7. Payment of Programme Fees
Payment can only be made after signing the LOA, Advisory Note, and Student Contract. For available methods of payment, please refer to the FAQs.
8. Student Pass Fees (for International Students):
- A SGD 60 issuance fee is charged for each Student Pass issued. In addition, a SGD 30 multiple-entry visa fee is required for most nationalities.
- Fees are payable only after receiving a successful Student Pass application outcome, followed by the submission of the medical report.
- Students will be notified by email on the Student Pass application procedures.
