The Education Experience
The education experience in At-Sunrice comprises of Cuisine, Culinary, Pastry & Bakery and Food & Beverage studies of East and West, Old and New, Herbs and Spices, Innovation and Technology augured by a rigorous Study and Work Pedagogy.
The faculty comprises of chefs from various countries. The At-Sunrice faculty is culinary chefs, pastry and bakery chefs, F&B professionals and qualified instructors with vast backgrounds.
Our staff are from many Asian and Western countries, supporting a global learning culture.

At-Sunrice enrolls students from more than 34 countries. Our rigorous Study & Work curricular contributes 1 million man hours annually to the F&B industry.
Our graduate placements happen every year in June at TalentMatch©. As Singapore’s only culinary career fair, our “Best Fit” concept connects five star hotels, fine dining restaurants, global food services and food media to our growing pool of qualified alumnus working in USA, Australia, China, UAE and Singapore.

At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy, in partnership with the University of West London, now offers a BA (Hons) Business Studies with Entrepreneurship top-up degree. The Career Diploma is a 18-month programme consisting of 12 months of study and 6 months of industrial attachment. The programme will equip learners with critical work function skills that will allow them to acquire and broaden from Certificate to Diploma level skills & knowledge in Culinary Arts and, Pastry & Bakery.
The Accelerated Diplomas (ADips) is a 6-month programme consisting of classroom synchronous and asynchronous. The programme will equip learners with critical work function skills that will allow them to acquire and broaden from Certificate to Diploma level skills & knowledge in Culinary Arts, Pastry & Baking, Food & Beverage Service (coming soon), and Beverage Service (coming soon).
The Online Diplomas (ODips) is a 6-months blended learning programme consisting of synchronous and asynchronous self-directed online study. This fully online programme allows in-service staff to study while continuing to work full-time.
We provide our students with various opportunities to further their culinary and F&B education by creating a seamless progression towards a degree pathway. Having signed degree articulation agreements with well-respected universities such as Johnson & Wales University (USA), University of West London (UK) and Technological and Higher Education Institute of Hong Kong, our degree pathway programme is designed to stand apart with the right balance of academic studies, cultural exposure and work experience.
Professional Programmes
This 5-week sponsored certificate programme is intended for individuals seeking knowledge and skills in food and beverage service and wish to apply their learning to the F&B workplace. It presents basic principles and practice of table set-up, customer interaction, food and beverage service, and more.
Supported by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) and instructed in both classroom learning and hands-on practicum, the WSQ CE Modulars are designed in modular formats to empower the industry and its professionals.
