Upon completion, depending on the double diploma track chosen, the graduates will be awarded a full qualification in Diploma in Culinary Arts (e-learning) OR Diploma in Pastry and Bakery (e-learning) OR Diploma in Food & Beverage Management (e-learning) and a Specialist Diploma in Food Entrepreneurship (e-learning) OR Specialist Diploma in Culinary Wellness (e-learning)by At-Sunrice Global Chef Academy.

Online Diploma (6 months) + SDFE/SDCW (6 months) = 12 months
The online diploma programmes are offered in three tracks (culinary arts, pastry & bakery and food & beverage management) consisting of synchronous and asynchronous self-directed online study. The synchronous classes will be conducted online on Monday and Tuesday from 02:00 pm to 04:00 pm*.
Upon completion, successful graduates proceed to the 6-month online Specialist Diploma in Food Entrepreneurship or Specialist Diploma in Culinary Wellness (e-learning). The classes will be conducted online once a week on Wednesdays from, 09:00 am to 04:30 pm*.

Double Diploma programmes will equip learners with critical work function skills that will allow them to acquire and broaden problem-solving and creative business thinking skills & knowledge. This will in turn help course participants to build a strong foundation and business acumen. The programme has a carefully curated list of skills and knowledge to close the existing industry skills gap and match their future job roles in the food service sector and also encompasses transferable skills that they would need to work better and progress upwards in their career in the food services and entrepreneurship sectors.

Enhanced Training Support for SMEs - up to 90% programme fee
For SMEs that meet all of the following criteria:

Registered or incorporated in Singapore
- At least 30% local shareholding by Singaporeans or SPRs
- Employment size of not more than 200 (at group level) or with annual sales turnover (at group level) of not more than SGD100 million
- Trainees must be hired in accordance with the Employment Act and fully sponsored by their employees for the course
- Trainees must be Singaporeans or SPRs

^Union Training Assistance Programme (UTAP)
UTAP is a training benefit for NTUC members to defray their cost of training.
NTUC qualifying members enjoy 50% unfunded course fee support (balance course fee payable after applicable government subsidy, including SFC):
- NTUC members up to $250 per year
- NTUC Starter members up to $200 per year
- NTUC members aged 40 years and above up to $500 per year (for courses commencing from 1 July 2020 to 31 Dec 2025)

• Passion to work in the F&B industry
• At least 16 years old and has the intention to join the F&B industry upon graduation from the programme
