CAREER DIPLOMA PROGRAMMES 

The Career Diploma is a 12-month programme (as opposed to our 18-month classic diploma) consisting of 6 months of study and 6 months of industrial attachment. The programme will equip learners with critical work function skills that will allow them to acquire and broaden from Certificate to Diploma level skills & knowledge in Culinary Arts and, Pastry & Bakery.

CAREER DIPLOMA IN CULINARY ARTS 

The Career Diploma in Culinary Arts is a dynamic programme designed to equip aspiring culinary professionals with essential skills and knowledge for success in today’s fast-evolving food service sector. This Skills Future Career Transition (SCTP) programme addresses the demands of the industry by fostering critical thinking, managerial skills, and culinary expertise, preparing the graduates for a range of advanced roles in restaurants, catering, and other food production environments. Through a comprehensive curriculum, learners will acquire and broaden their understanding of culinary arts management, gaining competencies in effective team leadership, resource management, and operational efficiency.
