ACCELERATED DIPLOMA PROGRAMME
The Accelerated Diploma is a 6-month programme consisting of classroom synchronous and asynchronous. The programme will equip learners with critical work function skills that will allow them to acquire and broaden from Certificate to Diploma level skills & knowledge in Culinary Arts, Pastry & Baking, Food & Beverage Service, and Beverage Service.
CULINARY ARTS (WSQ)
The WSQ full qualifications in Culinary Arts will equip learners with critical work function skills that will allow them to acquire and broaden skills & knowledge in culinary arts. This will in turn help course participants to build a strong foundation for working effectively and efficiently in restaurants and other food production environments.
PASTRY AND BAKING (WSQ)
The WSQ full qualifications in Pastry and Baking will equip learners with critical work function skills that will allow them to acquire and broaden fundamental level skills and knowledge in pastry and bakery.
FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICE (WSQ)
The WSQ full qualifications in Food & Beverage Service will equip learners with critical work function skills that will allow them to acquire and broaden skills & knowledge in food & beverage service. This will in turn help course participants to build a strong foundation for working effectively and efficiently in the restaurants. The programme has a carefully curated list of skills and knowledge to close the existing industry skills gap and match their future job roles in the food service sector and also encompasses transferable skills that they would need to work better and progress upwards in their career in the food services sector.
BEVERAGE SERVICE (WSQ)
