MAKE TARTS AND SHORT-CRUST PASTRIES
Make Tarts and Short-Crust Pastries is a 25.5-hour non-WSQ programme where participants learn the knowledge and application skills to prepare and bake tarts and shortcrust pastries using various techniques and be able to apply them to the workplace.
MAKE BASIC CAKES
Make Basic Cakes is a 25.5-hour non-WSQ modular programme, on completion of which, the participants will have the fundamental knowledge and application skills in making basic cakes and be able to apply them to the workplace.

Make Basic Breads is a 25.5-hour non-WSQ modular programme, on completion of which, the participants will have the fundamental knowledge and application skills in making basic breads and be able to apply them to the workplace.
GELATO PROGRAMME
In partnership with Carpigiani Gelato University, At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy is hosting International Basic and Pre-Intermediate Gelato Course (Synchronous and Asynchronous E-learning) programme.

This programme will provide basic knowledge and application skills in various traditional Chinese hawker recipes.

This course is curated specifically for crafting a wholesome menu using 100% plant-based ingredients which is suitable for vegans, vegetarians, and any omnivorous eater who is looking for a unique culinary experience.
