PREPARE ADVANCED CAKES

Prepare Advanced Cakes is a 31.5 hours non-WSQ modular programme, on completion of which, the participants will have the advanced level knowledge and application skills in preparing icing, filling, glazes and fondant, and assembling, finishing, decorating the cakes and applying advanced piping skills at the workplace.

Make Tarts and Short-Crust Pastries is a 25.5-hour non-WSQ programme where participants learn the knowledge and application skills to prepare and bake tarts and shortcrust pastries using various techniques and be able to apply them to the workplace.
