PREPARE RAMEN
PREPARE SUSHI
In collaboration with Hakodate Culinary Institute, the top-ranking institute in Japan, At-Sunrice and the Hakodate culinary team offer a very delicate hands-on Prepare Sushi programme.
Prepare Sushi is a 40-hour non-WSQ programme where learners learn the knowledge and application skills to prepare sushi and be able to apply them to the workplace.
PREPARE AGEMONO
In collaboration with Hakodate Culinary Institute, the top-ranking institute in Japan, At-Sunrice and the Hakodate culinary team offer a very delicate hands-on Prepare Agemono programme.
Prepare Agemono is an 18-hour non-WSQ programme where learners learn the knowledge and skills in preparing Agemono and be able to apply at their workplace. It also includes preparing tempura, kakiage and karaage.
GELATO PROGRAMMES
In partnership with Carpigiani Gelato University, At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy is hosting International Basic and Pre-Intermediate Gelato Course (Synchronous and Asynchronous Elearning) programme.
PREPARE MACARONS
Prepare Macarons is an 18-hour non-WSQ programme where learners learn the knowledge and application skills to prepare macarons and be able to apply them to the workplace.
PLANT-BASED CUISINE
This course is curated specifically for crafting a wholesome menu using 100% plant-based ingredients which is suitable for vegans, vegetarians, and any omnivorous eater who is looking for a unique culinary experience.
TRADITIONAL CHINESE HAWKER FARE
This programme will provide basic knowledge and application skills in various traditional Chinese hawker recipes.
TRADITIONAL MALAY HAWKER FARE
This programme will provide basic knowledge and application skills in various traditional Malay hawker recipes.
DEMONSTRATE SOUS VIDE METHOD
Demonstrate Sous Vide Method is a 24-hour non-WSQ programme where participants learn the knowledge and application skills to prepare food using the sous vide cooking method and be able to apply them to the workplace.
BAKE HEALTHY WITH REDUCED SUGAR RECIPES
This programme equips learners with the requisite knowledge and application skills to bake healthier products that contain reduced sugar. This is firstly a Science of Baking class – understanding whether to replace, reduce or substitute sugar in different types of baked goods.
