CHEF SHAUN NG
Executive Chef
Chef Shaun Ng is the Group Executive Chef overseeing the culinary operations of Canchita Peruvian Cuisine, Tinto Spanish Restaurant, Vino Tinto Tapas & Wine Bar, and Tomatillo Mexican Food & Bar. Having helped grow the group's portfolio from its early days, he now leads a team of more than 30 chefs and cooks.
A proud alumnus of At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy, Shaun began his culinary journey in the Culinary Arts programme before apprenticing under Chef Daniel Chavez at OLA Cocina del Mar and further honing his skills in the United States. From founding-team member at Canchita to Group Executive Chef, his career reflects a commitment to excellence, leadership and continuous growth.
