Gain insights from ancient traditions to modern science and deepen your appreciation for the role of spices in our meals.
Prof. Henry is an internationally recognized thought leader in Food and Nutrition science. He was the former Director of the Clinical Nutrition Research Center at A*STAR and the Deputy Director of the Singapore Institute of Food and Biotechnology Innovation. Currently, he serves as Senior Advisor to the Global Centre for Asian Women's Health at NUS and At-Sunrice. With his extensive expertise, Professor Henry will provide valuable insights into the science behind the culinary delights of the Mediterranean.
