CAREER DIPLOMA PROGRAMMES 

The Career Diploma is a 12-month programme consisting of 6 months of study and 6 months of industrial attachment. The programme will equip learners with critical work function skills that will allow them to acquire and broaden from Certificate to Diploma level skills & knowledge in Culinary Arts, Pastry & Bakery and Food & Beverage Management.

The Career Diploma in Culinary Arts is a dynamic programme designed to equip aspiring culinary professionals with essential skills and knowledge for success in today’s fast-evolving food service sector. This SkillsFuture Career Transition (SCTP) programme addresses the demands of the industry by fostering critical thinking, managerial skills, and culinary expertise, preparing the graduates for a range of advanced roles in restaurants, catering, and other food production environments.
