About the Chef

Chef Daniel Chavez, alongside his wife, Mexican Chef Tamara, has become a leading ambassador for Latin American cuisine in Asia. From Lima, Peru to Michelin-starred kitchens globally, Chavez has built a diverse culinary repertoire. He's founded award-winning restaurants like Ola Cocina Del Mar and TONO Cevicheria in Singapore, and now focuses on CANCHITA, a Peruvian eatery. Notable accolades include the GlobalChef Award from At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy in 2017, highlighting his influence and contributions.
