He's founded award-winning restaurants like Ola Cocina Del Mar and TONO Cevicheria in Singapore, and now focuses on CANCHITA, a Peruvian eatery. Notable accolades include the GlobalChef Award from At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy in 2017, highlighting his influence and contributions.
