You'll cook Spent Jackfruit Peel Curry, where tender jackfruit peels soak up a fragrant blend of spices and coconut, and Dry EXCO Laksa with Spent Prawn Shells, packed with savoury umami and aromatic laksa spices. Discover how upcycled spents can unlock new flavours and textures while making the most of every ingredient in your kitchen.

Kueh Kueh Workshop

Discover the art of making two beloved Peranakan kuehs from scratch. In this hands-on workshop, you'll prepare Ondeh-Ondeh with its signature molten gula melaka centre and Kueh Dadar, delicate pandan crêpes filled with fragrant coconut. Learn how spent coconut brings texture and flavour to these timeless treats while giving every ingredient a second life through thoughtful, delicious cooking.
