The programme will equip learners with critical work function skills that will allow them to acquire and broaden skills & knowledge in Culinary Arts / Pastry and Bakery / Food and Beverage Management.
(SCTP) DIPLOMA IN CULINARY ARTS (FULL-TIME) (TA-ELIGIBLE)
The 18-month diploma programme, ideal for: Aspiring chefs with a passion for cooking and service, a motivation to excel, and dreams of a global career in fine dining. At the end of this pathway programme, students may progress into the Specialist Diploma in Food Entrepreneurship or the Specialist Diploma in Culinary Wellness by At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy, and/or to the 1-year Bachelor of Arts (Hons) Business Studies with Entrepreneurship (Top-up) degree by the University of West London at the At-Sunrice campus in Singapore*. Graduates may also progress to other degree courses at any of our Partner Universities.

The 12-month (SCTP) Diploma in Food and Beverage Management programme offers learners an in-depth pathway to mastering the art and business of beverage service within the broader food and hospitality industry. As a SkillsFuture Career Transition (SCTP) Programme, it is designed to build both technical expertise and leadership capabilities essential for today’s competitive market. Learners will develop strong foundations in beverage operations, service management, and customer engagement, while also enhancing their analytical and problem-solving skills. The curriculum emphasises practical application, preparing participants to manage beverage operations effectively across restaurants, bars, hotels, and catering establishments. Graduates will emerge with the confidence, managerial acumen, and industry-relevant competencies to pursue advanced roles or continue their professional development in the dynamic field of food and beverage management.
