PREPARE RAMEN

In collaboration with Tsuji Culinary Institute, the top-ranking institute in Japan, At-Sunrice and the Tsuji culinary team offer a very delicate hands-on Prepare Ramen programme.
 
Prepare Ramen is a 15-hour non-WSQ training and assessment programme at the end of which the participants will be able to prepare a range of Ramen dishes and be able to apply them to the workplace.

PREPARE SUSHI

In collaboration with Tsuji Culinary Institute, the top-ranking institute in Japan, At-Sunrice and the Tsuji culinary team offer a very delicate hands-on Prepare Sushi programme.

Prepare Sushi is a 40-hour non-WSQ programme where learners learn the knowledge and application skills to prepare sushi and be able to apply them to the workplace.

PREPARE AGEMONO

In collaboration with Tsuji Culinary Institute, the top-ranking institute in Japan, At-Sunrice and the Tsuji culinary team offer a very delicate hands-on Prepare Agemono programme.

Prepare Agemono is an 18-hour non-WSQ programme where learners learn the knowledge and skills in preparing Agemono and be able to apply at their workplace. It also includes preparing tempura, kakiage and karaage.

PREPARE YAKITORI

In collaboration with Tsuji Culinary Institute, the top-ranking institute in Japan, At-Sunrice and the Tsuji culinary team offer a very delicate hands-on Prepare Yakitori programme.
 
Prepare Yakitori is a 15-hour non-WSQ training and assessment programme at the end of which the participants will be able to prepare a range of Ramen dishes and be able to apply them to the workplace.

DEMONSTRATE SOUS VIDE METHOD

Demonstrate Sous Vide Method is a 24-hour non-WSQ programme where participants learn the knowledge and application skills to prepare food using the sous vide cooking method and be able to apply them to the workplace.

BAKE HEALTHY WITH REDUCED SUGAR RECIPES

This programme equips learners with the requisite knowledge and application skills to bake healthier products that contain reduced sugar. This is firstly a Science of Baking class – understanding whether to replace, reduce or substitute sugar in different types of baked goods.
