LIQUIDS 101 - DISCOVER THE WORLD OF WINE
The course aims to equip and train beverage professionals in a systemic way to taste, describe, evaluate and recommend wine in market-able ways. You will gain knowledge and application skills in providing wine service, as well as wine and food pairing and be able to apply them to the workplace.
Upon completion of which, participants will receive a Statement of Attainment (SOA) in WSQ Wine Service 2 (FSS-FBS-2023-1.1)
