Attending the SDCW course has been a huge benefit to my health. I learnt how to read nutrition labels, understand the role of the gut microbiome, and apply the 3 F’s – Fresh, Fermented, and Fibre – in my daily diet. Analysing my Prawn Muruku showed me how to reduce salt, increase fibre, and use healthier ingredients, which inspired iUdangku –
a nutritious, gut-friendly snack.
